Excitement began to build as everyone gathered to get the coach at St. Colmcille’s Secondary School. The hour and a half bus journey flew with all the dancers and family members chatting together in anticipation of the day ahead.

 

Straight to the feis went the coach… ‘The Dubs on Tour’.

 

 

 




After a very rewarding day at the feis Scoil Rince Seoige headed to the Atlone Springs Hotel for a tasty evening meal. Spirits were high as everyone discussed the days events. The hotel entertainment was supplemented by our very own dancers’ rendition of ‘The Fairy Reel’.

 

Dancers and parents alike enjoyed a peaceful night sleep and a swim in the pool the next morning before heading back to Dublin.
